Handrail needs fixing asap

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9457455.

Handrail needs fixing asap as once piece is missing and and the whole rail is rusty and needs replacing. This is located right next to oap bungalows so this is a safety issue.
