Belgrave Crescent Street light dazzling home - all night

I reported this before - the street lights dazzle the fornt of our house and never dim. You cannot sleep without a bright light entering around the curtains. You offered to add a shield to the lamp post but I am not sure this has been done (if it has, it has not worked). In addition the lights remain on full brightness all night. Please can you update the situation. Thanks. You had photos earlier of the problem.
