Car appears abandoned in front of houses

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9469230.

Car appears abandoned, it's front tire is completely flat and the windows are held together with duct tape. Parking spaces in this area are like gold dust, so ideally car needs to be removed
