Tree from private property blocking public footpath

A tree from private property on the east side of The Shrubbery footpath is growing over the fence and overhanging the entire width of the footpath. There is about a metre of vertical clearance under the overhanging tree, making the path impassible for pushchairs etc.

  • It may be difficult tracing the owner as the property has been unoccupied ever since it was built 15 years ago.
