Abandonned Car Parked on Pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9475534.

An old nissan has been parked on road and pavement. It's been there for over a month. It had vegatation growing around it, lots of rubbish inside the car, cardboard on the windows.
