Abandoned bikes outside of Waitrose, Northgate Street

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9475725.

The bike racks on the triangle outside of Waitrose, Bath. There are 6 bikes that have been there for weeks and are taking up space for other users. Also there is one white bike without wheels attached to another rack. Please can this be investigated and the bikes removed.
