Heavy Vehicles road sign been left for months, Broadway

A large metal 'Heavy Vehicles' sign has been left against the wall on Broadway (where it turns into Archway Street). It has been there for months when there has been no sign of roadworks. Please can this be removed, it could be hazardous if it blew over in the wind, particularly as there is a school nearby.
