The rubbish is not collected carefully and rubbish men are not emptying the black bags properly in addition to that they made a mess outside the front door of the building by leaving food waste exposed creating an open buffet for RATS 🐀 AND SEAGULLS.

The council collects only once per week and can be bothered to do it properly without leaving food waste behind and creating environmental issues such as Pest management issues.

The mess is outside of 11 North Parade, BA2 4AL
