Dangerous cable on the pavement at the corner Between Meadow View and Kilmersdon Road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9477602.

There was one of the broadband company (not Open reach) working here today. They wanted to use the tree for their cable and they left the cable not pinned down swinging on the pavement dangerous for pedestrains and children. I am sure that this works were not authorised and the tree that they are hoping to use is in a conservation area. Please attend ungently as this cable is dangerous
