Dog mess not picked up
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9478253.
Dog mess left on verge at side of my property. This is the second time. The first time I told the owner who removed it. Today the female of the property challenged me asking how I knew it was their dog. No other large dogs are allowed to roam freely. These are new Curo tenants who own a large dog. Prior to them moving in, there were NO incidents of this kind.
