Dead Deer In the Road

A dead deer has been spotted in the road on the A39, Farmborough. (phoned into the council emergency line at 9.01AM).

The caller described it as just before Hobbs Wall and is causing cars to swerve. The informant suspects that it has been done recently as it was not there the day before or earlier on the morning of the ca
