Dumped rubbish

Four - six full rubbish bags have been dumped next to the footpath and a large quantity of garden waste including rose bush trimmings, wisteria and a small tree have been dumped actually on the footpath blocking it. I walk that way several times a week so it was a fairly new situation when I fell over it when I was walking my dog two nights ago. I managed to push some of it out of the way so people can get by but it is a hazard if you are even slightly unstable on your feet.
