There is a water course on the road between Broadmead Lane and Unity Road (behind Waitrose, and the other businesses). It is full of discarded rubbish and, an overgrowth of vegetation. Water is prevented from flowing freely, and thereby, increasing the chance of either a blockage, or, flooding. Is it your responsibility to keep it clear? If so, when will you be able to do so?
