Human feces on the public footpath between the houses

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9483260.

Some disgusting human being has used the pathway Public Footpath CL1/43 (MS: 0 | ΔL/L: —) for a toilet - children, adults and dogs use this regularly but there is diarrhea all on the path and up the wall in a huge quantity which needs clearing up or washing away. Walking down on the footpath betweeen Lynleaze and Kalliston is on the right handside. You cannot missed. (reported previusly under the reference 9474026)
