Blocked drain adjacent pedestrian crossing floods regularly

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9484383.

The drain adjacent to the pedestrian crossing near to Pinesgate (Truespeed) offices regularly floods following storms. Pedestrians waiting to cross then get splashed by vehicles in lane closest to pavement while waiting for green light to cross
