Two trees that seem to have internal trunk damage

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9509350.

Two trees at the site with internal trunk damage- The location of the pin is a very large Holm Oak which has a a bracket fungus and some trunk damage.

The last tree is a yew and was inspected a couple of years ago with the offer of removal, which was not taken up at the time. We feel a reassessment would probably be prudent and removal may now the best cause of action. There are signs of rot and parasite damage in the trunk and it leans significantly. its location is in the not the east section of the garden, which is an allotment section.
