Water escape
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 days, 21 hours, 46 minutes later. Council ref: 9520152.
You described this as resolved with a photo showing a fairly dry pavement but you sent this from the hottest day on record when, of course, it would be drier. So not resolved properly with a grate as done nearby, just better due to dry weather this week. PKEASE resolve with a physical solution. I note this has been reported before yet it is left to me to scrape up the deeply unpleasant build up coming back as soon as the weather changes.

Just so wheoever reads this is aware - despite record temperatures and the nasty area being in full sun most of the day, there is obviously water escaping still, so 'resolved' to my previous fixmy street alert is totally inappropriate. Perhaps the guys who came out are not aware I scooped up piles and piles of algae the week before and scraped the area clean, so what you see in your photo is mostly as result fo my work the week before. A permanent fix is needed please - like you have already done in the three other springs nearby. Your phioti just seems to show a cleaned area as I left it before the hot weather - which I did mention in my previous report to you so you understood the photos I sent were after a half hour or so of clean up (by me).

Two Google street view photos from 18 months or so ago - it was far worse than this when I cleaned it up once again (tall grass and other weeds growing in the slimy algal base). But at least you can see what the problem is without a clear up or record temperatures. For information - this was is not owned by the Belgrave Crescent residents who adjoining it - their title deeds run to the back fences above. Any problems with springs, overgrown vegetation, overhanging weeds etc are not their responsibility.

It's so bad it is even visible form space (in between my clean ups) - see area clearly visible in Apple maps satellite image

Hi - any update - vegetation is taking hold again now amongst the algae (see photo taken yesterday), and despite the record temps. I am not clear as to whether you or someone/another dept. has agreed work needs to be done to rectify, or still awaiting another team to investigate. Please update - it has been nearly a month since I last heard from you. Thanks, Steve
