Loose Manhole Cover

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9522639.

Loose manhole cover, when vehicles drive over it, it makes a loud noise that echos through the street. Especially loud for houses either side. Please could it be tightened or a buffer put underneath. This issue has been ongoing for years.
