Rubble bags and rubbish obstructing footpath
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 53 minutes later. Council ref: 9552129.
For mant weeks rubble and garden waste has been deposited on the footpath to the rear of the gardens of Osborne and Avon Dale roads. The obstruction has increased to the extent that free passage is prevented for wheel and pushchairs.
