Rainwater still not properly managed to prevent flooding

Thanks for clearing surface of gullies (incident 9547136) which I had already done before you came. The problem is much bigger as: 1. The road needs to be swept of all the mud, leaves, litter, blossom and pothole gravel that in 5 minutes of heavy rain swish into the gullies and blocks them - and this needs to be done regularly and especially before bad weather. 2. North Road's gullies are mostly all blocked above and below Cleveland Walk, allowing a torrent of water to flow into Cleveland Walk, overwhelming our gullies. They all need to be unblocked, the road swept and the potholes fixed as it's a mixture of water and gravel that now flows into our street. 3. The road gradients and cambers on North Road and Cleveland Walk and the junction between the two need to be reconsidered as they are part of the problem, reducing the ability of the gullies to do their job. Everything seemed fine before the road re-surfacing of about 20 years ago that increased the height of the roads.
