Overgrown bushes both sides reduces visibility

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9563827.

The bushes are overgrown in this Lane on both sides when coming down the hill. You cannot see people walking up and you cannot see cars around the corner which causes a danger. It's also so overgrown. It's damaging cars and causes scratches.
