Overgrown hedge and bad drainage combined to make this alleyway impassable when there are heavy rains. I’ve reported the bad drainage several times before over the past couple of years. Now the plants force you into the deep puddle. This is not good on a route to the hospital that elderly people use. Please could this finally be fixed?
