Tree has several dead branches

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9600397.

I reported the state of the tree in Jan 2024. See attached. A branch then fell off but nothing could be done due to birds nesting. 2 years on nothing has been done. No doubt there are pigeons nesting at the moment but please could it be sorted asap
