Bus stop access for the elderly and Disabled

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9600845.

This bus stop has no access for disabled people to get on or off the number 43 bus with walking aides or wheel chairs. My mum struggled to get off the bus from Bristol yesterday and nearly fell .
