Pavement deteriorated outside No 26 Lymore Gardens

As can be seen from the photo, the pavement has been gradually deteriorating and an increasing number of weeds are growing through the enlarged cracks. Any attempts by us to pull up the weeds only leads to further break-up of the tarmac, thereby exacerbating the problem. Would be grateful if this could be attended to - thank you.
