Dangerous approach topark bench
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9677906.
The plinth that the park bench is fixed to is difficult and potentially unsafe to access/egress, particularly for anybody with mobility issues due to the height of step up to, or off the plinth, and it's positioning whereby one has to walk onto grass to step up plinth to get to the bench. There are large rat holes around the plinth which are concealed by longer vegetation, that add further risk of tripping, hurting oneself.
