Weeds are pushing up the pavement where they are coming through the tarmac and blocking drainage channels

These weeds are making a very nice cul-de-sac look like a neglected council estate. Not only do they look unsightly but they are now pushing up through the tarmac on the pavement making it hazardous to walk along and blocking drainage areas in the gutters along the roads. We do not need the sweeper which just brushes over the tops of them leaving the roots behind and is a complete waste of everyone’s time and effort, we need someone to kill them off with a glyphosate spray or weed them out by hand please.
