Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9765615.
This displaced kerbstone makes parking neatly and within the painted bay (which was recently repainted several inches narrower than previously) impossible. It damages wheel covers and alloys while manoeuvring and arriving/leaving the parking bay.
