There are abandoned green bins here filling with every kind of refuse and residents are absent it seems There is a foul smelling spillage that had leached from a stinking black bin and was possibly a dead animal It has been on the street for a week The litter is disgraceful and catching in the unweeded street It needs a power hose and a though clean please
