Blocked Drain following Heavy Rainfall

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9784005.

After the rainfall 22nd June the back of my house was flooded due to a blocked drain. It is still blocked and needs to be maintained and cleared. Can this please be done before the the next downpour.
