Drug use Phonebox

Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 12:33, Tuesday 14 July 2026

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9784538.

The Phone box at the start of Kensington Place is frequently visited by drug users to call dealers and take drugs, often seen passed out in the box, they leave the sharps, broken bottles and litter in the box.

This is creating an unsafe atmosphere on the street as they are also frequently violent and hanging around on the pavement.

This phone box is creating a public nuisance for the residents of this street, but due to its listed nature and heavy usage to call dealers BT won't remove it. Something needs to be done to address this matter.
