Overgrown trees edging the park backing onto our garden

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9785123.

The hedge in the park backing onto our garden has now grown into large trees Our main concern is the pressure on our fence which we have replaced once at a high cost to us , also it is blocking the light from our garden plants consequently causing them to lean towards the light I would be grateful if someone could take a look and advise us many thanks
