Guttering from garage blocking access lane, Marshfield Way

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9785221.

Guttering, in two pieces, has fallen off the garages on Marshfield Way, and is blocking the lane to access the rear of numbers 70-80 Marshfield Way. It is located between the garages and the back of number 76. Please can this be cleared. Due to their age it is possible the guttering could have asbestos.
