An air fryer was dumped by our wall and a packaging too big for recycling was dumped outside

A big white piece of cardboard and an air fryer was dumped outside our front garden at 75 triangle north a few weeks ago. We moved the cardboard into our front garden as it was blocking the path but I believe the air fryer is still out front and could be hazardous as it is electrical. We tried to dispose of the cardboard in the recycling but the van didn’t take it, and as it was dumped it is not our responsibility to find an alternative to dispose of it.
